Each SKU fits only the models named on its card. Kits in one order can be mixed across brands and across STD and PRO. You are responsible for ordering the SKU that matches the bike, and for any fitting you or your customer do.

Dealer terms
These terms apply to bulk orders placed with BYKR TECH PRIVATE LIMITED (“HMT”) through this portal. This portal is for businesses buying kits to resell. It is not a consumer shop.
Price
Prices are in US dollars per kit, EXW Bengaluru. The total number of kits in the order sets the volume tier, and that tier applies to every kit. STD and PRO have their own rates. The minimum order is 5 kits. The price on your pro forma is the price HMT has calculated for that order. It does not include freight, insurance, or any tax or duty in the destination country.
Delivery, EXW Bengaluru
Incoterms 2020 EXW Bengaluru. HMT makes the goods available at its premises in Bengaluru. You can arrange your own forwarder, export pickup, main carriage, insurance, and import clearance, and pay those costs. HMT can also arrange shipping for you; a shipping estimate will be shared separately after your order details are confirmed. Shipping is charged separately from the kit total. Risk passes to you when the goods are placed at your disposal in Bengaluru, not when they arrive in your country. Country of origin is India.
Payment
Payment is 100% in advance by bank transfer to the account on the pro forma. Use the order reference as the payment reference. The amount credited must equal the pro forma total. Your bank’s charges stay with you. HMT dispatches the order after that payment has been received. Card payment is not accepted.
Documents
The pro forma invoice is a payment request. It is not a tax invoice. For the shipment, HMT issues a commercial invoice and a packing list. You use those, with your forwarder, to import the goods.
Collection and freight
Count the cartons when your forwarder collects them in Bengaluru. A shortage of cartons has to be raised at collection. Loss or damage after collection is between you and your forwarder. HMT does not insure the shipment.
Supply
Submitting this form places the order on these terms. HMT may decline an order before it is dispatched. If a paid order cannot be supplied, HMT refunds the amount received for the kits it does not ship. A change after payment is only by written agreement. If dispatch is delayed by an event outside HMT’s control, HMT will tell you and either ship when it can or refund the unshipped kits.
Your dealership
You set your own local retail price. The bulk price is your buy price, not a price to advertise to riders. HMT may list your dealership as an Official HMT Dealer on holdmythrottle.com. A listing is not an exclusive territory, and HMT may supply other dealers. You may use the HMT name and logo to resell genuine kits, and you may not register or alter those marks.
Your country
You confirm that you can import and resell these kits where you do business, and that the order will not be sent to a person or place you are not allowed to supply. Product rules in the destination country are yours to meet.
Order details
HMT uses the details in this form to confirm the order, take payment, prepare documents, and contact you about the shipment. The seller is BYKR TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, GSTIN 29AAOCB1362R1ZX, Bengaluru, India.
Law
These terms follow the laws of India. The goods are supplied from Bengaluru.
